Dan & Joan Olson:

Pastors Dan and Joan Olson are both ordained ministers of the Gospel and Rhema Bible Training Center graduates. They are also ordained with ICFM (International Convention of Faith Ministries) and this year will mark Pastor Dan's first year as an ICFM Regional Director.

They were married in 1971 and are the parents of six chidren, one of which (Jessica) is on our ministry staff. They are also the grandparents of two.

They began pastoring in 1979. The Lord led them to Stone County to pioneer in 1997. It is their vision that LWC will be a strong, yet loving and caring that will make a difference in our community.

Jessica Olson:

Jessica Olson is a graduate of, and licensed minister from, Rhema Bible Training Center located in Tulsa, OK. She has also graduated from SMTI (Supernatural Ministries Training Institute). She now has 11 years in the missions' field and 4 years as a Project Director for Teen Mania Ministries.

Jessica is currently the Senior Youth Pastor of as well as the director for Oneighty - Branson. Currently in leadership of over 30 youth workers, she has helped propel this ministry to new heights. Attendance averages 150 teens, weekly, a great stride from our original average of 10-15.

Bill Basansky:

Dr. Bill Basansky, born in Ukraine, was confined in Nazi prison camps during parts of World War II. Dr. Basansky became paralized in his legs, resulting from an injury during his work in the Air Force. Thankfully, God healed him and restored his body from drugs and alcohol, and his mind from thoughts of suicide.

For five years, Dr. Bill worked with Oral Roberts University as a professor, and afterwards moved to Florida and founded Love And Grace Fellowship, which he and his wife pastored for over 14 years. His ministry is now focusing back to his country of origin. Scheduling multiple missions trips a year, Dr. Bill Basansky has started es, established Bible Schools, and held leadership seminars to train pastors and leaders. With his partners and friends have been able to ship more than $15 million in medicine, medical equipment and supplies, vitamins, clothing, food, and shoes to his home country.

Dr. Bill is serving as an advisor and spiritual father to our leadership.

Henry Clarke:

Henry Clarke is the director of Living Water Teaching in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Since 1988, he has had the unique opportunity and privilege to serve and minister in the US, Canada, Central America, Australia, Cuba, Europe, and Mexica. He has also worked in management for several of the largest ministries in America.

Brother Clarke's messages bring people to a greater understanding of their relationship with God and His plan for their life. God also uses him in the prophetic ministry to bring a word in season to the . It is his goal to see believers walk in the strenght of the Holy Spirit and in revelation of the Word of God.

Henry Clark has served as a consultant for Lester Summerall Ministries, Dr. Schuller Ministries, and also Kenneth Copeland Ministries. He serves as an advisor to in directorship with Dr. Basansky.

David & Marcia Hawley:

Rev. David Hawley, a former high school principle of 14 years, has a masters degree in Guidance and Counseling and is the founder and pastor of Christian Life , Delavan, WI since his 1980 ordination. Pastor Dave and his wife Marcia, a former elementory school teacher, have been married 37 years and have three grown children. Because God places a high value on the institution of marriage, they are committed to challenging married couples to experience the ultimate adventure that God intended this highest relationship between a man and a woman to be!

It is their desire that couples treasure and enjoy their marriage. They will offer fresh challenging scriptural insights, that, when followed, will give you a basis for a dynamic marriage.

David Hawley is the vice-president of L.W.C. of Stone Co. Inc. and also serves as an advisor to the ministry.

Marion Zirkle:

Marion Zirkle, along with her late husband Jim, began the Living Water Teaching ministry in 1979. Since then, they have built multiple es and Bible Institues in Central America and around the world. As Living Water Teaching's current President, Marion pushes forward with Jim's vision of touching Guatemala.

Along with being the head of a and missionary ministry, Marion has founded the Marion Zirkle Children's Foundation. With their primary outreach being Operation Shoebox, she has been a major blessing to the lives of Central American youth. Last year, MZCF was able to distribute 15,000 shoeboxes with Operation Shoebox, Central America. This year Marion is pushing for 15, 000 shoeboxes in Guatemala, alone.
