This was the original KJMI site. I think it was online for 3 years, before finally being updated with the new spacey design.

This was one of the two prototypes that I did while trying to get away from the white/teal site above. I really though it was a cool design, from the sphere, to the mouseover letters, to the sliding menu. My dad didn't like it. He said it looked like a big P. He said, "A BIG P!!!"

This was the second prototype that I made for KJMI. He was planning a trip to Africa and I though the globe was fitting. As it turns out, it was never a website and it's ok as a logo, although it looks quite nice as a letterhead.

Finally, a new design won my dad's heart. I was working on the cover art for his first book and I wanted the two to have a single theme, so I used the same background for each and really started vamping up his old logo. He loves space scenes, so I really freaked it out. We all love it.
